Video: Connect your newer EtherNet/IP™ equipment to your older DF1 devices

Users with older DF1 solutions got some worrisome news a while back: Rockwell Automation® discontinued the 1761-NET-ENI module. That put pressure on some users: How would they connect EtherNet/IP™ and DF1 equipment in the future?

The even better news is that it can enable a low-risk phased modernization, allowing you to update your legacy DF1 equipment to newer EtherNet/IP systems on your timeline. This modernization approach means the changes could be paid for with allocated OpEx dollars, instead of being categorized as a larger capital expenditure.
